The Rev. Dr. Dottie Escobedo Frank is a pastor and former District Superintendent with the United Methodist Church. She grew up on the mission-field in Nogales, Arizona and Mexico and has devoted her life to community. In her ministry Dottie is on the leading edge of church transformation and restarts. Now is the time, she says, to push heretics and edge-dwellers to the forefront of church restarts. She is a speaker, writer, and community leader.

The Rev. Dr. Kah-Jin Jeffrey Kuan is the 7th President and the Professor of Hebrew Bible at Claremont School of Theology. Before coming to CST, he was Dean and Professor of Hebrew Bible at the Theological School at Drew University. As a theological educator, Rev. Kuan is a strong proponent of religious pluralism and passionately committed to justice issues in the global and local contexts.

Bishop Warner H. Brown is a retired Bishop of The United Methodist Church, having served as the bishop of the Denver Area from 2000 to 2008 and as the bishop for the San Francisco Area from 2008 to 2016.  Since retiring from full-time service in 2016, he has established a coaching practice offering leadership and team coaching. Throughout his ministry, Bishop Brown has been active with the social justice ministries and programs for social change in the communities where he has been appointed.
